Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Forever In Gemstones. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME 

  • All orders are processed within 4-6 weeks. We deliver and send packages 7 days a week!  
  • All orders made in the city of London Ontario Canada are able to have their package delivered free of charge the day their package is ready for shipment. 
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
  • Please allow for any discrepancies that may interfere with the delivering of your package. This should be considered for both your items sent to us and your package being sent to you. This includes but is not limited to Covid causing postal service disruptions. 
  • All orders are custom made. If you would like to purchase another item after your initial order has been made, please contact us so we can arrange for your items to be processed together and shipped in the same package. Otherwise, any orders made will be processed as they are ordered. 

 

SHIPPING TO FOREVER IN GEMSTONES 

  • Not every postal company ships human or pet ashes and some sensitive items. Please check with available postal companies before choosing which service to use. The item you are sending is not replaceable, so please take extra precautions to ensure it will arrive safely.  
  • Depending on what you are sending to have made into a gemstone, you may need to package your items using specific criteria set by the postal company. Please be sure to check with the postal company about packaging your items correctly where you will be sending your materials from.  
  • Your orders final total cost does not include shipping fees associated with shipping your items to us. The shipping fee you pay through our shop is to have your package delivered to you as soon as it is ready for shipment. 
  • Please be advised that you are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees associated with sending your items to Forever In Gems. 

SENDING OUT YOUR ORDER 

  • Forever In Gems ships domestically and internationally.  
  • Please be sure to use the address you are having your package sent to at checkout. This is the address your package will be sent to. Postal fees are updated constantly and will be calculated based on where you are shipping to. 
  • Please be advised that you are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees associated with receiving your package from Forever In Gems. 
  • Forever In Gems only offers shipping your package to you by the postal company’s that allow transport of human and pet ashes and sensitive items.

The USPS offers free packaging for the shipping of human and pet ashes. While you can attain the packaging for free if you live in the US, you are still required to pay for shipping the package upon your purchase in our shop. You do not have to use the packaging provided by the USPS. (The packaging is a much bigger size than you will need and therefore will cost you more when shipping your materials to our shop) The following is a link to USPS to have packaging sent directly to you and with full instructions of how to properly package human and pet ashes and sensitive items:

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your package arrives to us. 
  • You will receive photos and communication throughout the duration of your order till completion. 
  • You will receive confirmation with tracking information once your package is shipped to you. 

 Damages 

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
