- Your order is custom made for you or someone you are gifting it to. Due to our products all being made specifically for our clients, we do not offer refunds.
- We work closely with each and every one of our clients to ensure complete satisfaction upon shipping the order.
- You will receive confirmation once your package arrives to our shop.
- You will then receive confirmation once it is shipped to you, or if you live local to our shop we will set a time convenient to you for pick up.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

- We do not cover any scratches or damages caused to your order if it is due to improper care and normal every day wear and tear.
