  • Upon placing your order please choose your selection carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, never hesitate to contact us.  
  • Your order is custom made for you or someone you are gifting it to. Due to our products all being made specifically for our clients, we do not offer refunds.  
  • We work closely with each and every one of our clients to ensure complete satisfaction upon shipping the order.  
  • You will receive confirmation once your package arrives to our shop.  
  • You will then receive confirmation once it is shipped to you, or if you live local to our shop we will set a time convenient to you for pick up.
  • All of our shipped items have tracking.

Damages and issues 

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 
  • We use only high quality products and with proper care, your item(s) will last a lifetime. (Please see our proper care instructions) 
  • We do not cover any scratches or damages caused to your order if it is due to improper care and normal every day wear and tear. 

 

Exchanges

  • Please make your selection carefully as your order is a final sale and can not be exchanged for any reason.
